Instructional Designer
Evelien Wintermans–Caeyers works at Elevate as an Instructional Designer. She graduated from Utrecht University in 2014 with a master’s degree in Educational Design & Consultancy. With 11 years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, Evelien has worked for prominent companies and, more recently, has applied her expertise as an independent entrepreneur serving various clients.
Her primary experience lies in developing soft skills from a didactic perspective. Evelien designs and develops learning solutions across a wide spectrum, including e-learning, hardcopy games, training courses, and on-the-job learning. She approaches each client’s challenge as a new puzzle to solve collaboratively with colleagues. Her focus is on the educational aspect, determining how to develop employees in the most effective and engaging way through strategic didactic choices. The diversity of client needs and daily tasks is something she truly enjoys.
Outside of work, Evelien enjoys spending time with her family, her husband and daughter, and appreciates good food and drinks. She can often be found relaxing on the beaches of Curaçao or skiing in the Austrian Alps.
