Lifelong Learning at Elevate: Our Vision in Action

At Elevate, development is at the heart of everything we do – both for our clients and for ourselves. That’s why we applied for the MDIEU subsidy.

The Customised Sustainable Employability & Early Retirement scheme, initiated by the Dutch Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment. This subsidy was established to support employers in future-proofing their organisations by investing in the health, motivation, and long-term employability of their employees.

With this support, we are investing in the sustainable employability of our team. Our employees are supported in developing new skills to stay adaptable in a rapidly evolving digital world. We focus on emerging technologies such as AI and VR and AR, which play an increasingly important role in our sector. At the same time, we are building an open, healthy and motivated work culture that fosters personal growth as well as work satisfaction.

This subsidy aligns perfectly with our core values of collaboration, innovation, work satisfaction and personal development, all of which are integrated into this project. By investing in a learning platform, development conversations and learning ambassadors, we contribute to a future in which our employees have control over their work and development.

This approach benefits not only our colleagues but also our clients. By continuing to learn and develop together, we can maintain the quality, innovation and engagement that our clients expect from us.
