Founder
Rick Grobbee is Professor of Clinical Epidemiology at the University Medical Center Utrecht. He founded Elevate as a spin-off of Utrecht University in 2013 and has been closely involved in shaping the organisation’s vision and ambitions ever since.
He has played an important role in advancing Elevate’s mission to provide high-quality online education in the health sciences, including as Director of the online MSc in Epidemiology programme. He currently serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board.
