Utrecht University wants to make education accessible to people outside the campus and outside of the Netherlands. By developing MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), they profile themselves as an international institution aiming at the dissemination of knowledge and supporting lifelong learning for professionals. They asked Elevate to be their partner in developing MOOCs to reach a wider and bigger audience. The MOOC ‘Professionalism in an era of change’ intends to give insight into how recent societal and technological developments have changed the work of professionals in a variety of professional domains and how this in turn affects professionalism. It aims to support target audiences in dealing with professional services and professionals.
